Authenticity & Copyright Policy

Every item on KalaCraftWorks must be authentic — an original work, an authorised reproduction clearly labelled as such, or a genuinely handmade product. Sellers must accurately represent the maker, medium, materials, and whether an item is one-of-a-kind, a limited edition, made to order, or a print.

By listing an item, the Seller represents and warrants that:

• they are the creator of the work, or are legally authorised to sell it;
• the item is authentic and described truthfully (no counterfeits or misrepresented reproductions);
• the listing images and text are their own or properly licensed;
• the sale does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark or other rights.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, purchasing a physical artwork transfers ownership of that physical piece only — not the copyright. The artist retains copyright and reproduction rights. Buyers may not reproduce, print, or commercially exploit purchased works without the artist's written permission.

The KalaCraftWorks name, logo, site design and original text are the property of SoftwizCircle. Seller and artist content remains the property of its respective owner; by listing, Sellers grant SoftwizCircle a licence to display and promote their listings on the Platform.

If an item is found to be counterfeit, misrepresented, or not authentic as described, buyers are protected under our Returns & Refund Policy and may be eligible for a return and refund. Report concerns promptly with supporting photos.

If you believe a listing infringes your copyright or trademark, or is counterfeit, email softwizadmin@softwizcircle.com with:

• a link to the listing(s) in question;
• identification of the work or mark you own and proof of your rights;
• a description of the infringement;
• your contact details and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised.

We review reports promptly and may remove listings, and warn, suspend or terminate Sellers who violate this policy.

Listing counterfeit, plagiarised or infringing items is a serious breach. Depending on severity, we may remove listings, withhold payouts on affected orders, and suspend or permanently ban the Seller, in addition to any legal remedies available to affected rights-holders.
